i was amazed tonight at how rude, thoughtless, inconsiderate and inhospitable you were
my two friends and i were attacked at your establishment
we were your guests
you were our host
you did absolutely NOTHING by way of making us feel in any way secure, safe, cared about
you absolutely ignored us and treated us as if it was OUR fault!!
you treated us like we were nothing more than a nuisance to you
this is not the way things are done
as the owner of an establishment you have a responsibility towards your clientele
once before while been pestered at your establishment by a drunk client i noticed that you did not have the balls to evict the drunkard but just sat around looking miserable
you are clearly not cut out to run an establishment of this sort in melville
i will never step into your establishment again

I am very sorry for your experience last night. Please note the following however:
The theft did not occur INSIDE our shop. Unfortunately we do not have control over what happens on the sidewalk.
We were extremely shocked and disgusted that you had the thoughtlessness to fire a shot in the middle of a sidewalk with pedestrians, car guards etc. around! No life was threatened during the theft, and we do not support the reckless use of firearms. I am very scared to think what would have happened did the theft occur inside the bar! The incident was a huge embarrassment to us, and makes everyone else in the street question our clientele.
As the owners of our establishment, we have the right of admission, and would prefer if firearm users like yourself not frequent the bar and endanger the lives of all around us.
