the second word war

Something awful happened on the way to the death camp.

*

Abraxas does his best to be social. He goes to parties. He listens to people. But the things they say! Then Abraxas gets bored. Shuts off. Goes inside. Finds answers.

*

Karaoke is the formal mode of the popular song these days. All the singers are replicating tropes of the known and the comfortable so as not to disturb.

*

Wishing is nonsense.
Hoping is nonsense too.
Knowing is what it takes.

*

Knowing is the key to Becoming (what you already were before the Forgetting began). Education is the systematic forced Forgetting of what you Know. Replacing that with “rules” you can only adhere to if you cease to be Your Self.

*

The hard part of becoming a Self is learning to recognise all the others in there and then accepting them.

*

First Abraxas killed Christ
Then he became Hitler
The rest was easy.

*

People like you if you’re friendly and outgoing. If not they avoid you (unless there’s money to be made).

*

The Here and Now
Have rescued me
From If and Maybe

*

Abraxas is dead
That is why he drinks virgins’ blood
It vivifies him

*

Alone in the Keg
Abraxas realises
He’s left his head
At home!
