Vacate the terrestrial zone

Move out of yourself

Close your eyes from the flattery of the ego

Recline, loll on the carpet

Let it lull you away from the self

Launch into the outlook of the world

Through the view of the other person

See how ordinary your fears and loves are

And realize how universal your need

For dignity and respect and your want

For love and understanding are
