on the speed of writing

i write too quickly, impatiently…it hurts my hand which means i only manage rapid bursts of words, not really getting to the lentamente nice and slow…not getting to the well brewed thought through thoughts…

    have you tried speed recording..(breath in)
    that way voice and diction
    merge with the fiction
    of speed writing..
    try it sometime..
    u wont miss a beat..
    even breathing can
    be recorded
    then transcribed
    (breath out)
