We have ‘leaders’ that do not know how to lead with integrity. I do not think they even understand the meaning of this word, and when their previous oppressors showed very little inkling in this regard, why should they? They lead by doing NOTHING, thinking that the problem will ‘go away’. The fact that it gets WORSE is an affront to their sense of control. They BLAME YOU for the problem. YOU (the worker) becomes the PROBLEM. To them the system cannot be the problem because they themselves cannot question the system. They have been brought up to obey: they are the yes men. THEY ARE BLINDED BY SUBSERVIENCE, MONEY REWARDS. And they are promoted into their positions precisely because they are yes men. We see it everywhere in this country, education (in whom the primary future of this country rests) is no exception. This country therefore is dooming itself to get worse. Nobody running this country seems congnisant of this basic law of cause and effect. RIP.
ps: while I realise that we have a ‘first generation of leaders’ in the anc, one must ask what have they been doing these last 18 years? corrupting, grabbing, nepotising, marrying multiple wives, being shuffled around in the cabinet so as to avoid consequence of a bad job, falling asleep? they have had 18 years to learn something – not repeat the past!
history is proving that there has been no revolution in this country. only a change of ownership.

patriarchy verses partriarchy.
time for them to resign.
